Congestion and waiting at bus stops are part of the issue that the academic Luis Riveros, recently assumed the presidency of the Transurbano Foundation, highlights as part of the solutions to these problems of transport.
A frequent user of the subway and “sometimes” of the Transantiago, Riveros says that an independent perspective like his can contribute to the design of new policies. «I use public transport and a lot, so I see the difficulties that exist, such as queues, traffic jams and congestion problems. All of these things lead me to have concerns about how I might help to fix this.”
For this reason, FR Group will be part of an integrating solution, which seeks to positively impact the day of public transport.
