Rafael Mies, Director of the Center for the Development of Social Initiatives of the ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes and PhD. Raúl Lagomarsino, Academic Director of the Advanced Management Program and associate professor in the Leadership and Ethics Area of the ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes.
The leaders of our holding participated in this enriching day that will empower all our teams, delving into the role of the leader and his impact on the organization.
